ROLAND BERGER NEW HIRE KICK-OFF
since 2014
The international Junior Advisors of the Roland Berger GmbH are being introduced into the company’s philosophy during the repeatedly scheduled kick-off events. In course of these 2 weeks, the 50 applicants spend a full day together with our trainers and mountain guides doing various outdoor activities. From Igloos on the Zugspitze with subsequent ascent of the summit in winter, to a complex construction of a raft or Canyoning on the Plansee. We are drafting, planning and executing these Roland Berger events successfully since 2014 with our alpine competences and creative ideas. Additional reflection sessions with our trainer team about the accomplished goals, the difficult situations and the team situations guarantee sustainable success for prospective advisors.

DMAX MOUNTAIN CAMPS
since 2012
VIVALPIN is drafting and organizing both formats of the DMAX Mountain Camp, an outdoor application format with a total of 32,5 million contacts.
8 participants get to experience an extraordinary weekend filled with unique activities together with our professional staff at handpicked locations and destinations, such as an exclusive bivouac on the Stubaier glacier above 3’000 meter or hikes in between Iceland’s massive glaciers and geysers.
VIVALPIN drafts the DMAX camps from the acquisition of tourism destinations, via the design and creation of the official on-air trailer and website for Discovery Channel, up to the drawing of the participants and finally the event itself.
The mountain-camps are being medially supported by our partners SportScheck and DMAX online, via social media and print formats.
TRAIL RUNNING EVENTS
Trail running has emerged as one of the most regarded trend-sports in the Alps. The absolute highlight of the scene is the GORE TEX Transalpine Run with 8 spectacular stages from north to south across the Alps.
VIVALPIN has been drafting, planning and executing the event ever since its foundation in 2005 together with Plan B. The portfolio was completed with the addition of the Zugspitz Ultratrail in 2011, which has emerged as one of the largest trail running events in the Alps with 2’000 participants.
Risk management, course design, athletic management and the on-track team are our responsibilities and core competences.
ALPENTESTIVAL with GAPA TOURISMUS since 2012
The AlpenTestival is one of the top-events of Garmisch-Partenkirchen ever since 2012. VIVALPIN has been in charge of the personal and all outdoor activities from the very beginning on.
A widespread range of alpine sports and outdoor sport activities are being offered in an alpine village alike setting in the famous Olympic arena of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. All participants also have the chance to test and try new material and equipment.
Especially young families and sport enthusiasts are being addressed at this annual event in the scenic ski jumping areal.
GLETSCHERTESTIVAL FOR SPORTSCHECK
As exclusive licensee of the SportScheck mountaineering and ski school we are successfully executing all ski courses, mountain tours and alpine trainings for the well accounted sports retailer SportScheck ever since 2011. This engagement includes the annual GletscherTestival at the Stubaier glacier in Tyrol, one of the biggest testing and community events for the outdoor branch to start the winter season.
