BEST BY FAR – Events with VIVALPIN in times of Corona
We offer our clients, and therefore also your guests, a safe and hygienic “room” for your indoor and outdoor event in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. This includes compliance with distance requirements, disinfection options, advance information on special requirements for booked locations, special measures for outdoor programs that are as contactless as possible and specially trained VIVALPIN employees. A briefing on the hygiene measures introduced at the event location, the necessary rules of conduct as well as the responsibilities and contact persons will be carried out on site. This includes the necessity of personal carrying and, if necessary, wearing of a face mask. This must be carried with you at all times during the event and, above all, worn if the minimum distances are not met.
VIVALPIN STAFF
Our team of professional trainers and mountain and outdoor specialists adheres to the applicable distance rules during the event period wearing a face mask in all indoor areas.
TEAM EXERCISES AND / OR MOUNTAIN SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Our programs are implemented contactlessly as far as possible and the minimum distance is observed.
If this is not possible, staff and participants are required to wear face masks. In addition, disposable gloves and disinfectants are provided.
The personal protective equipment or required team exercise material, which is necessary for the booked programs, is disinfected after each use by a participant or made available to the participants for exclusive use for the entire event period.
GENERAL RULES
(according to § 14a conferences and congresses (6th BayIfSMV from June 19, 2020)Conferences, congresses and similar events that are professional or official are only permitted under the following conditions:1. The organizer must take suitable measures to ensure that a minimum distance of 1.5 m can be maintained between all participants.2. A maximum of 100 participants are permitted indoors and a maximum of 200 participants outdoors. For events with assigned and marked seats, the maximum number of possible participants is 200 indoors and 400 outdoors.3. In closed rooms, participants must wear a mask as long as they are not at their place or have the floor.4. The organizer has to work out a protection and hygiene concept and present it to the responsible district administration on request.
